OncoIHC™ AXIN2 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4766
Product Type: Kit
Target: AXIN2
Short Description
Achieve sensitive and specific AXIN2 staining with this IHC kit, which offers a complete solution with carefully formulated reagents for optimal performance and accurate results.
Description
Axis inhibition protein 2 (AXIN2), also known as Coductin or Axil, is a multidomain scaffold protein that negatively regulates Wnt signaling. AXIN2 can directly interact with beta-catenin and GSK3B. AXIN2 has several phosphorylation sites and can undergo poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation by tankyrase TNKS and TNKS2. Poly(ADP-ribosyl)lated AXIN2 is then ubiquitinated by RNF146, leading to its degradation and activation of Wnt signaling. AXIN2 is localized in the cytoplasm, and mutations in AXIN2 are involved in colorectal cancer.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
