OncoIHC™ C1QC Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

This IHC kit offers a streamlined and efficient method for visualizing C1QC, with all reagents provided in a ready-to-use format for a simplified workflow and high-quality results.

C1, the first component of the complement system, is a calcium-dependent complex made up of three subcomponents: C1q, C1r, and C1s. C1q consists of 18 polypeptide chains-six A-chains, six B-chains, and six C-chains. Each chain has a collagen-like region near the N-terminus and a C-terminal globular region. A deficiency of C1q is associated with autoimmune conditions like lupus erythematosus and glomerulonephritis. This antibody targets C1qC, the C-chain polypeptide of human complement subcomponent C1q.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
