OncoIHC™ C1S Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4780
Product Type: Kit
Target: C1S
Short Description
This user-friendly IHC kit enables researchers to easily visualize C1S, providing all necessary components in a ready-to-use format for a simplified and efficient staining process.
Description
The complement system's first component, C1, is a calcium-dependent complex made of C1q, C1r, and C1s. C1r and C1s are serine proteases that form a C1s-C1r-C1r-C1s tetramer, which is Ca(2+)-dependent. C1r activates C1s, which then activates C2 and C4 in the complement cascade. C1s is a glycoprotein of around 88 kDa, which is cleaved into an A chain and a B chain upon activation.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
