This ready-to-use IHC kit for CD11B streamlines your workflow by providing all necessary reagents from antigen retrieval to coverslip application.

CD11b (Integrin alpha M, CR3A) is part of the integrin family. It forms a heterodimer with CD18 (integrin β2) and plays a role in monocyte, macrophage, and granulocyte adhesion, as well as in mediating complement-coated particle uptake. CD11b/CD18 is a receptor for iC3b, fibrinogen, factor X, and ICAM1.
