OncoIHC™ CD3 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4697
Product Type: Kit
Target: CD3
Short Description
For the immunohistochemical staining of CD3, this complete kit requires minimal preparation. All reagents are included, from the start of the antigen retreival process, to the final step of applying mounting media. Following the protocol, allows for the quick generation of high quality IHC data.
Description
CD3 is a protein complex associated with the T cell receptor (TCR). The TCR/CD3 complex includes TCR alpha/beta or gamma/delta heterodimers coexpressed with invariant CD3 subunits. The TCR recognizes antigens bound to MHC molecules, transmitting signals to the CD3 complex and facilitating T-cell activation. CD3 is a pan-T cell marker, used for detecting normal and neoplastic T cells.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
