Product Type: Kit
Target: CYP2J2
Short Description
Achieve efficient CYP2J2 staining with this comprehensive IHC kit, pre-loaded with all reagents for a seamless antigen retrieval to coverslip process.
Description
CYP2J2 (Cytochrome P450 2J2) is a member of the cytochrome P450 enzyme family, primarily involved in the metabolism of arachidonic acid. This enzyme catalyzes the epoxidation of arachidonic acid to produce various regioisomeric cis-epoxyeicosatrienoic acids. CYP2J2 is expressed in tissues such as the liver, heart, kidney, lung, and small intestine, and plays a role in the bioactivation of arachidonic acid through oxidative processes.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
