OncoIHC™ ECHS1 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

This complete IHC kit for ECHS1 offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

ECHS1, also known as enoyl-coenzyme A hydratase, is a mitochondrial protein that catalyzes the hydration of 2-trans-enoyl-CoA intermediates to L-3-hydroxyacyl-CoA, playing a key role in fatty acid metabolism in mitochondria. It is highly expressed in muscle, liver, and fibroblasts. Altered expression of ECHS1 is considered a characteristic feature of mitochondrial dysfunction.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
