Short Description
For precise human IgG kappa chain staining, utilize this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, simplifying procedures from antigen retrieval through coverslipping.
Description
Immunoglobulins consist of two heavy chains and two light chains, either kappa or lambda. The kappa chain is more prevalent in humans and most mammals. Abnormal ratios of kappa to lambda light chains are linked to B-cell malignancies, including lymphomas and leukemias. Free light chains (FLC) may also be used as sensitive biomarkers for Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.
