Short Description
Ensure consistent IDH2 staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, supplying reagents tailored for efficient, start-to-finish staining.
Description
IDH2 (IDP, ICD-M) is a mitochondrial NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase involved in energy production. It catalyzes the conversion of isocitrate to alpha-ketoglutarate, producing NADPH. Mutations in IDH1 and IDH2 contribute to tumorigenesis and cancer progression through increased mutagenesis.
