Streamline PSME2 staining procedures with this all-inclusive IHC kit, pre-formulated with reagents for a complete workflow.

The proteasome is responsible for the targeted degradation of intracellular proteins, and its activity is regulated by complexes that bind to the proteasome's ends. The 11S regulator (REG or PA28) complex activates proteasomes for the production of antigenic peptides. Human PSME1 and PSME2 encode the PA28 alpha and beta activators, respectively, which are involved in antigen processing and loading class I MHC molecules. These activators enhance class I peptide generation by altering the proteasome's cleavage pattern.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
