Troponin I (TnI) is the inhibitory subunit of the troponin complex, involved in striated muscle contraction regulation. Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) is produced by cardiac muscle and is a key marker for myocardial damage, particularly in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This antibody specifically detects cTnI and does not cross-react with skeletal TnI.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
