OncoIHC™ YTHDC1 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP5297
Product Type: Kit
Target: YTHDC1
Short Description
Ensure consistent YTHDC1 staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, supplying reagents tailored for efficient, start-to-finish staining.
Description
YTHDC1, containing 1 YTH domain, is an m6A-binding protein that recognizes and binds to m6A methylation sites, playing a specific role in gene expression. It is constitutively enriched in the nucleus and regulates mRNA splicing by bridging interactions between trans- and cis-regulatory elements. YTHDC1 mediates the export of m6A-modified mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm by interacting with SRSF3, which is involved in tumorigenic processes in breast cancer, colon cancer, ovarian cancer, osteosarcoma, and glioblastoma.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
