Description
The Orcein kit is used to identify inclusion bodies of surface hepatitis B (HBsAg) antigen, elastic fibers, and protein complexes with copper. It can be used for paraffin-embedded sections as well as frozen sections. It is also recommended to fix these sections with neutral buffered formaldehyde prior to surgery.
