TWS119

CAT#: ITS-0622-YT340
Product Type: Small Molecules
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Non-Human Primate, Other
Product Overview
TWS119 is a cell-permeable pyrrolopyrimidine compound that acts as a glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK3β) inhibitor. It induces neuronal differentiation in pluripotent murine embryonal carcinoma cells and embryonic stem cells (ESCs). GSK3 is a serine/threonine kinase that is a key inhibitor of the WNT pathway; therefore TWS119 functions as a WNT pathway activator. GSK-3β inhibition triggers autophagy.
