Description
Arginase Activity Assay kit is simple, sensitive and rapid. In this assay, Arginase reacts with arginine & undergoes a series of reactions to form an intermediate that reacts stoichiometrically with Oxidative Red Probe to generate the colored product (OD 570 nm).
