PharmaOnco™ DMEM/F12, With GlutaminePlus

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium/Ham's Nutrient Mixture F-12 (DMEM/F-12) is a 1:1 mixture of DMEM and F-12. The variety of available formulations suit many applications. It was found to support the growth of a wide range of mammalian cells. Cells successfully cultured in DMEM/F-12 include MDCK, glial cells, fibroblasts, human endothelial cells, and fibroblasts.
