Description
This kit has been developed to deplete human T cell receptor α/β+ (TCRα/β+) cells from leukapheresis samples or expanded TCRα/β knockout cell cultures. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
