PharmaOnco™ Leukocyte Medium

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Leukocyte Medium is an agar based conditioned medium. It is suitable for assays of human hematopoietic progenitor cells. When the addition of 10% EPO is added, it supports optimal growth of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM, CFU-G, CFU-M), colony-forming unit erythroid (CFU-E), burst-forming unit-erythroid (BFU-E), colony-forming unit-granulocyte, erythroid, macrophage, megakaryocyte (CFU-GEMM) .
