PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP006)

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP006) is a methylcellulose-based medium with recombinant cytokines for the growth and enumeration of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells. It contains components that have been optimized for colony forming unit (CFU) assays. It supports optimal growth of erythroid progenitor cells (CFU-E, BFU-E), granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM, CFU-G, CFU-M), and multipotential granulocyte, erythroid, macrophage, megakaryocyte progenitor cells (CFU-GEMM).
