Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified monocytes from mouse bone marrow, splenocytes, whole blood, or other single-cell suspensions by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 95% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
