OncoIHC™ YTHDF2 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP5300
Product Type: Kit
Target: YTHDF2
Short Description
Facilitate YTHDF2 detection using this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, encompassing reagents from antigen retrieval to slide preparation.
Description
YTHDF2, also known as YTH domain-containing family protein 2, is a 579 amino acid protein with 1 YTH domain. It specifically binds m6A-containing RNAs and regulates mRNA stability. YTHDF2 promotes mRNA decay by binding m6A-containing mRNAs and localizing to processing bodies (P-bodies). It also facilitates cap-independent mRNA translation during heat shock stress, promoting translation initiation and protecting mRNAs from demethylation by FTO.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
