Description
PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Differentiation Kit has been developed for the in vitro culture and expansion of human natural killer (NK) cells expressing CD56 in Serum-Free (SF) conditions without the use of problematic feeder cells. Using this kit, CD34⁺ hematopoietic progenitor cells are first generated from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs); these can then be differentiated to NK cells.
