Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD3+ T cells from a mononuclear cell suspension by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-CD3+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells with up to 90-98% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, immune status monitoring, culture, or cell-based experiments.
