Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, phenotypic characterization, culture, or cell-based experiments.
