Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-CD8+ T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic beads. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
