PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human EpCAM+ Cell Selection Kit II

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human EpCAM+ cells from fresh or previously frozen cultured human mammary epithelial cells or other dissociated tissue samples by positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail followed by incubation with magnetic particles. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
