Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified plasma from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or bone marrow. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, signal transduction pathways analysis, or functional assays.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
Non-plasma cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion; Plasma cell are labeled with CD38 beads and isolated by positive selection.
