This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human Treg cells ( CD25+CD4+) from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic depletion and the followed positive selection. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
