Description
B-1a cells are long-lived, self-renewing innate-like B cells that predominantly inhabit the peritoneal and pleural cavities. This kit has been developed to isolate CD5+ B-1a Cell from mouse body cavities or spleen by two-step procedure. The non-B-1a cells are deleted first and then the B-1a cells are Isolated cells are isolated by positive selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
