Description
This kit is developed to rapidly analyze activation status of T cells. It is used for measurement of T cell activation, proliferation, cell viability, and cytokine release (IFNy and TNFa) using only 5 μL-10 μL of samples. By running multiple assays in only one well, these multiplexed measurement helps to reduce hands-on time and reduce the numbers of overall tests.
