Description
Creative Biolabs provides the optimized kit to evaluate cell-signaling events associated with T-cell activation. This kit contains the reagents necessary to simultaneously analyze multiple T-cell markers with one of several intracellular phosphoproteins for the purpose of studying T-cell subpopulation-specific signaling events. The control cells in this kit are used as positive and negative controls for staining with fluorescent antibodies specific for the CD markers and phosphorylated cell-signaling proteins.
