Modulation of Mammalian Cytokine Gene Expression in the Colonic Mucosa

Creative Biolabs is a preeminent corporation that is an expert in gut microbiome analysis. With our expertise and strict adherence to process control, we provide outstanding services to analyze cytokines expression in colonic mucosa.

Background

The intestinal tract is a complex micro-ecosystem and acts as the frontline of defense against microorganisms from the environment. While the epithelial barrier ensures that microorganisms are largely confined to the gut, microbial metabolites can penetrate the epithelial barrier, allowing them to enter and accumulate in the host circulatory system where they are sensed by immune cells. Gut microbiota, directly or indirectly through its components, such as metabolites, actively participates in the host inflammatory response by cytokine-microbiota or microbiota-cytokine modulation interactions, both in the gut and systemically. Commonly, gut microbiome composition alterations are linked to aberrant immune responses, which are often accompanied by abnormal production of inflammatory cytokines.

Our Services

Modulation of Mammalian Cytokine Gene Expression in the Colonic Mucosa

Intestinal mucosal is an immunologic barrier to maintain the balance between mucosa and xenobiotic factors. The balance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the colonic mucosa is essential for normal gut homeostasis. Creative Biolabs can provide cytokine gene expression analysis services using real-time quantitative-PCR (Q-PCR), Northern blot, Western blot analysis, RNase protection assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunocytochemical techniques. We provide robust and comprehensive detection and analytical services-from sample preparation to statistical reporting.

We offer a broad range of cytokine gene expression assay services using our platforms, including but not limited to:

IL-4 IL-5 IL-8 IL-12 IL-13 IL-6
IL-33 IL-22 IL-17 IL-1β IL-25 IL-18
IL-23 TGFβ GM-CSF TNF INFγ

Our Advantages

Focused on the gut microbiome, Creative Biolabs has augmented the capabilities of our portfolio of microbiome research products with multi-omics services. Our scientists are creating more solutions specific to your research, and custom test panels can be developed to suit your specific needs. Our goal is to provide you with the most affordable, high-quality gene expression services to ensure your satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Just contact us and we will find the perfect solution for you!
