ANKRD2, a member of the muscle ankyrin repeat protein (MARP) family, is induced by physiological stress, injury, and hypertrophy. ANKRD2, along with other MARPs, forms a complex with titin and other proteins, acting as both a structural component and a mechanosensor to regulate transcription in response to mechanical stress.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
