Short Description
This IHC kit simplifies the detection of CASP7, providing a complete set of pre-optimized reagents and a user-friendly protocol for reliable and reproducible staining with minimal effort.
Description
Caspase 7 (CASP7) contains a short prodomain and, upon apoptotic induction, its proform is converted into an intermediate or preactive form, further processed into two active subunits. Caspase-7 is upregulated and activated after traumatic brain injury. It plays a key role in apoptosis execution.
