Streamline CLTB visualization using this IHC kit, pre-formulated with all required reagents for a direct antigen retrieval to coverslip application.

Clathrin is the main protein forming the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis, responsible for trapping specific macromolecules. It adopts a triskelion shape, composed of three identical heavy chains and three light chains, LCA (CLTA) and LCB (CLTB). The light chains play a role in regulating clathrin coat formation and disassembly.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
