Short Description
Enhance GLI3 staining efficiency using this pre-assembled IHC kit, supplying components for a seamless protocol.
Description
GLI3, also part of the GLI family, plays a key role in limb and brain development and is involved in SHH signal transduction. Defects in GLI3 result in several syndromes, including Greig cephalo-polysyndactyly syndrome, Pallister-Hall syndrome, and acrocallosal syndrome. GLI3 exists as a transcriptional activator (Gli3-190) and a repressor (Gli3-83) after proteolytic processing.
