OncoIHC™ HMGA2 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4982
Product Type: Kit
Target: HMGA2
Short Description
Simplify HMGA2 staining with this user-friendly IHC kit, featuring pre-optimized reagents for a direct antigen retrieval to mounting procedure.
Description
HMGA2 is a member of the high-mobility group (HMG) family, characterized by its AT-hook DNA-binding domains. HMGA proteins are architectural transcription factors that regulate gene expression indirectly by altering DNA conformation. HMGA2 plays a crucial role in embryonic development and stem cell self-renewal. It is expressed in various tissues but is found at low levels in normal adult tissues. Overexpression or rearrangement of HMGA2 has been linked to multiple cancers.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
