This complete IHC kit for METTL1 offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

METTL1 is a methyltransferase that mediates m7G methylation in miRNAs and regulates cell migration. It can be inactivated by phosphorylation at Ser27 by protein kinase B (PKBα). Overexpression is observed in human cancers and is crucial for chemoresistance. Mutations in METTL1/WDR4 cause primordial dwarfism and brain malformation.
