TMPO resides in the nucleus and may be involved in nuclear lamina assembly, helping maintain the structural organization of the nuclear envelope. It potentially acts as a receptor for lamin filaments attaching to the inner nuclear membrane. The TMPO gene encodes three thymopoietins.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
