This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negtive selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, phenotypic characterization, culture, or cell-based experiments.
