Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified pure B and T lymphocytes directly from whole blood or spleen cell suspensions without density gradient centrifugation or erythrocyte lysis. Isolated cells with up to 80% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, HLA assays, or cell-based experiments.
