PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Selection Kit, 20 tests

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Non-CD4+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used with both free standing magnets and column-based systems. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.

This kit is available for processing 2 x 10^8 cells.

Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD8a, CD11b, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD25, CD36, CD45RO, CD56, CD123, CD235ab, TCRγ/δ.
