Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched mouse Pan B cells from lymphoid tissues by negative selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, phenotypic characterization or cell-based experiments. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used with both free standing magnets and column-based systems.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD3, CD4, CD8a, CD11c, CD49B, Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1), and TER-119.
