Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched mouse Pan B cells from lymphoid tissues by negative selection. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, phenotypic characterization or cell-based experiments. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used with both free standing magnets and column-based systems.
