Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified central memory CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by negative selection and the followed positive selection. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
