lmmune Effector Cell Modulator Development Services for Cancer Immunotherapy

Background

Immunomodulatory inhibitors mainly control the activity of other elements of the immune system to release new or enhance existing immune responses to cancer. Immunomodulatory inhibitors are mainly divided into antagonists and agonists, antagonists mainly work by blocking pathways that inhibit immune cells, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors. Agonists work primarily by stimulating pathways that activate immune cells, such as interleukins (ILs).
