PharmaOnco™ Human CD36+ Cells (CAT#: ITS-0622-YT564)

DatasheetDatasheet
Short Description
Creative Biolabs offers Human CD36+ Cells for immunity reaserch.
Description
Human CD36+ cells refer to a specific type of immune cells that express the CD36 protein on their surface. CD36+ cells are involved in the recognition and uptake of lipids, such as oxidized low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and play a role in the development of atherosclerosis, a condition characterized by the build-up of plaque in blood vessels. CD36+ cells are also involved in innate immune responses, phagocytosis of pathogens, and regulation of inflammation. Dysregulation of CD36 expression or function has been associated with various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
Background
CD36+ cells are a type of immune cell that expresses the CD36 molecule on their surface. CD36 is a scavenger receptor that plays a role in lipid metabolism and inflammation. These cells have been shown to be involved in various biological processes, including phagocytosis, fatty acid uptake, and regulation of inflammation. CD36+ cells have been implicated in a number of diseases, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes. Research on these cells is ongoing to better understand their functions and potential therapeutic targets.
