TCR Identification Service
Creative Biolabs has a new generation of sequencing (NGS) that checks millions of sequences at a time and examines the ability of antigen receptor libraries at very high resolutions. We provide T cell receptor library analysis services including in-depth identification of T cell receptors in human, mouse, rat or rabbit. Based on the TCR sequencing software platform, we will examine and resolve raw T cell receptor sequencing data and provide you with analytical results in tabular and graphical forms.

Introduction of TCR Identification
Characterization of T cell receptors (TCRs) involved in immune responses is important to the design of tumor immunotherapy and vaccine. The specificity of the interaction between the TCR heterodimer and its peptide-MHC ligand is primarily derived from the highly variable CDR3 regions juxtaposed with the TCR alpha and TCR beta chains, and obtaining the pairing sequences of these regions is the criteria for the functional definition of TCR. Current methods for identifying TCRs in T cell populations are using high throughput single cell sequencing.

What We Can Offer
Creative Biolabs' deep sequencing of T cell receptor repertoires enables the analysis of TCR status of different individuals at different time points with high resolution. The distribution of the length of the CDR3 gene (digital profile), the CDR relationship, the frequency distribution of the CDR, and the like can be obtained. Intelligent clustering of receptor families can even identify rare TCRs. The V- and J-regions of CDR3α and β chains can be identified through our TCR sequencing analysis software platform.
ImmunoSEQ Assay
ImmunoSEQ is used to analyze TCR repertoire in a high-throughput 96-well plate format, allowing many samples to be evaluated in parallel. For this assay, a genomic DNA library from each sample of interest is used as input. Multiplex PCR primers are used to amplify the CDR3 region of TCR-β.
Single Cell Immune Profiling
The final products of this assay are the full-length V, D and the J gene segment from each of the input cells for clonotype analysis. Sequencing is performed at a single cell level to obtain paired alpha- and beta-chain information, resulting in high-resolution analysis of the TCR.
