Description	To further expand the tools available for studying glycosyltransferases, we are pleased to offer a POMGNT2 knockout HEK293T cell line. This model lacks the POMGNT2-encoded protein O-linked mannose O-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 2, an enzyme with glycosyltransferase activity. The absence of POMGNT2 function in this cell line provides a unique opportunity to investigate the role of this enzyme in glycosylation and related cellular functions.
