Description GlycoErase™ PGAM2 knockout HEK293T cell line is a HEK293T model without PGAM2 expression. PGAM2 encodes the muscle-specific isoform of phosphoglycerate mutase, interconverting 3-phosphoglycerate and 2-phosphoglycerate in glycolysis. Its loss provides a human system to study glycolytic enzyme specialization, muscle metabolism, and glycogen storage disease X-related pathogenesis.
