Description GlycoErase™ PGM3 knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat model lacking PGM3 expression. PGM3 encodes a phosphohexose mutase family member that interconverts glucose-1-phosphate and glucose-6-phosphate, thereby supporting both glycogen formation and utilization. Certain polymorphisms may influence diabetic nephropathy and neuropathy resistance. This knockout model provides a system for investigating carbohydrate flux, diabetic complications, and metabolic regulation.
